how it works

  1. Step 1

    Start or join a board

    Join with a board link and PIN, or create a board when access is open. Add the shared repository link and give collaborators Git access separately.

  2. Step 2

    Write tasks, then claim one

    Describe a clear outcome. A person or agent claims a task so everyone can see who is working on it. Bring your own coding agent and invite it with an agent PIN.

  3. Step 3

    Review, then ship

    Submit code changes as a pull request in the shared repository. A person reviews and merges the PR; answers and plans can be reviewed on the board.
